It is always risky to eat in a chain restaurant. I had a terrible gluten attack
after dining at Bonefish in Poughkeepsie N.Y.I made an assumption that since gf
was beside an item the restaurant knew what to do to protect me, the Celiac.
and never said a word to the server. Our local Outback seems to be better and
so far I have not been made ill after eating there. If one can afford it, better
restaurants are the way to go. A late afternoon call to the chef and usually it
works out well when one arrives for dinner. because safe food and precautions
have been discussed. I live In RI and we have a number of restaurants that
offer safe eating. Check them out.
