Just in case anyone doesn't know, the TH-F7 is the same radio as the  
TH-F6, except it doesn't have 220, since Europe doesn't have that band.

I have the TH-F6 and it's a super radio. Sort of deaf on the UHF TV  
channels, but that's a small thing, really. It's very accessible and  
there's lots of blind friendly documentation on it. Check www.icanworkthisthing.com 
  for all the goodies on this radio.

Sorry, I know nothing about the Yaesu rig, except that some have said  
it isn't awfully accessible. No personal experience, and you can fully  
expect lots of Yaesu bashing on this list.
