I have been hearing back from people who've been calling their local Original Pancake House stores to ask whether they'll also be serving GF pancakes (as the company has started doing in the Washington, DC area).  

One person wrote me that he called the store near him in California and the manager said they'd been waiting for someone to call and ask.  Apparently, out on the west coast, the company's regional HQ in Oregon had been pushing stores to serve GF pancakes, but leaving it up to individual stores to decide whether or not to do it.

So I guess it might help to call you local store.  Maybe we can start a national trend!
