Are you looking for an ht or mobile?  For an ht I'd recommend the 
Kenwood th-f6, 2m, 220 and 440.  For a mobile, the Kenwood tm-v71a. 
Others may prefer the Icom t90, but I own both and much prefer the 
Kenwood.
