Wanted – Celiac
college students who are interested in participating
in a program for college and college bound students on April 13, 2008 from
2:00-4:00 at Bykota Senior Center, 611 Central Avenue, Towson, MD.

if you want to be part of a question and answer panel in the breakout session
for college and college bound students. No preparation is required -- your
experiences will be valuable to other college students.

grade:  Legislation, challenges and solutions to eating gluten-free in
school.  Speaker - Andrea Levario,
J.D., Executive Director, American Celiac Disease Alliance.

 

College and college
bound:   GF dining, guidelines for assessing college food service
accommodations and campus survival.  Speaker – Mary McKenna, Ph.D., L.N., Associate
Professor, University of Maryland School of Medicine
