That is really something. We do need that here in this local area since 
there is no weather underground weather station in a hundred miles, between 
Devils Lake on the East and Bismarck on the Southwest, (North Dakota). How 
would I go about doing similarly in this area of the country? Thanks!

I have  Scientific weather station (wireless) and use it with my computer
using Window-eyes very successfully.
It is on the enternet 24-7.
