I wanted to make a High Fiber Multi-Grain Bread from

It calls for the Inulin (Chicory Root Type) – ½ cup.
Does anyone know if I can just leave it out or substitute it? I can’t find
it in my town so didn’t want to waste all the other ingredients if it
wouldn’t work without it.
