The other day I purchased Gluten Free Ginger Snaps at the local (Camarillo, 
CA) Trader Joe's, and they are excellent if you like ginger and a crisp,  
crunchy cookie. They are a bargin also, about 40 cookies to a bag for $1.99. I 
was in there again today and talked with one of the managers who said they 
will be getting in more GF items. He pointed out one they already had in stock, 
a flourless Chocolate Walnut cookie which is also very good if you're a 
chocolate fan. The Ginger Snap cookies will be listed in their flyer coming out 
Tuesday so I imagine many of their southern California stores will be carrying 
them.  I also got one of their granolas but haven't tried it yet.
