If you watched this game objectively, you came out with at least two
observations:

1. The Black Stars played agains Brazil and came out unbeatable. Brazil
was offside on two of the goals.

2. The Black Stars found themselves playing against the Referee, a game
they did not expect and of course, didn't prepare for. This one is tough
to win. Did you see the Referee's hanshake to Ronaldinho during the
game? Hmmm!

Everytime this happens to an African team in the World Cup (you know
this is not the first time,) one wonders if the FIFA powers that be did
not rule out certain regions from the finals before the games even took off.

This makes me more proud of the Black Stars. They gave one of the best
World Cup performance ever from beginning to end, despite the Referee's
attempts to break their morale. Their attitude is one for many athletes
(and other people for that matter) to model after. My hat is off to them.

Ghana should receive them back home as champions.

We look forward seeing these stellar football players to 2010.

p.s. Did everyone notice how handsome these sons of Africa are?

The galant Black Stars of Ghana bow out of the World Cup after a
rare display of real football skills.
