Just a quick note to say I received Gateway Community College's summer course catalogue and discovered that a course on Sugar, Dairy and Gluten Free Baking is being offered on Monday evenings.  The cost is $99  +  $40 lab fee.  Course #  2245.

  I think this is great that this need has become so noticed that even our community colleges are responding.
