I'll be in Bogota, Colombia for a week starting December 1st .
The family I'll be staying with will be as helpful as they can -- but are
ingredients even listed on food labels there? Anyone know?
What Colombian specialties are the safest bets?
I understand they use Maggi cubes in their cooking, so I've written to that
company to ask if Maggi is safe.
I have printed off wallet cards in Spanish, and the relevant spanish phrases
from Kim Koeller's wonderful book, Let's Eat Out!
Any suggestions or information would be welcome!
Thanks,
Jane
