Hi all!Just wanted to relate our amazing gluten free experience at Woodloch Pines resort in Hawley, PA in the Poconos. First of all, the resort is one of the best places you can go with your family. Tons of activities and very family oriented. Secondly, they had GF pancakes, french toast, pasta, and gravies for me. I ate like a king!Kudos to Woodloch Pines for taking the step of having a year round GF menu. This is the first resort I have seen like it. Make sure to meet with the dinning room manager at the beginning of your stay. Also, make sure your waiter/waitress is on the ball. Enjoy. Derek Smith
