Hi, Over the past few months, I have trained one of the restaurant's managers, Jeff, on how to prepare a gluten free meal, and he has been very helpful and accommodating. http://www.lakesearestaurant.comTell Jeff to use the wheat free soy sauce a.k.a "Derek's soy sauce" and no wheat flour or wheat noodles- only rice noodles. Only deal with Jeff as I cannot vouch for anyone else there. We have eaten there at least 10 times so far without incident. They also have nice outdoor seating overlooking the lake and BYO available. Let me know what you think. Derek Smith
