This is not to convince anyone to receive a low-gluten communion host but
just sharing my experience.  I realize there is always the controversy as to
whether it affects one.  I receive it each Sunday (purchased by my church
from the sisters in Missouri), and went through the biopsy just last week.
My tests came back as excellent; villi were very healthy.
