A follow-up to my Dec. 9 post:
on Dec. 27 my b/p was 176/113 on rising. On the 28th I started Paleo in
ernest. Just now, after a whole pot of coffee, my b/p was 129/82. On rising
this a.m. it was 150/93, much lower than the 176/113. Keep in mind that I am
not overweight and my only health problem is high b/p. I am a 65 y.o. male.
I had 9 years of vigorous weight training up until 4 years ago when I
stopped exercising altogether.
I need a 12-step support group to lay off the tortillas and pasta. You're
it, guys.
