Well I thought about getting xm radio but honestly if there is something I want to listen to I download on the computer, put on my ipod and/or a cd and I'm set.  I can even play mp3's in my wife's car.  I think it would be a waste of money for me.  Between, internet, some football on tv, listening to the hf radio and talking on the vhf radio, I can find plenty to kill time but then again, that is just me.
