> Do people who tend to have health problems consumption
of milk have problems also from butter or ghee?

I recently had an IgG test done and showed elevated
levels from milk, yoguart and some cheeses. Butter
did not cause an elevation. I have not eaten much
butter in the past although I use a little ghee on a
regular basis. The problems that I notice with milk,
yoguart, cheese and cream cheese I don't seem to
notice with ghee. I am not sure if the butter doesn't
give me problems or that the problems are less
noticeable and so, while don't give me the obvious
symptoms that I look for, are still adding to my
problems.

Mike

Ghee does not have any milk proteins and should not cause a problem, but
butter may still have milk proteins.

Where did you get this test done? What was the lab?

Kristina
