One more thing I wanted to add about my trip to Sonoma. While I was there
I contacted Amy's because I noticed from their website that the company
was based not far from where I was staying. I told them my background and
how I eat a lot of their gf products and they were excited about that. I
asked if I could get a tour of their facility as I was in town for the
day. It was too last minute for me to call, but they said that next time I
was in town if I gave them some advanced notice they would be happy to
show me around the facility. They were really friendly and even sent me
some coupons which is always good, considering gf food is so pricey!

Just wanted to share another gf experience in Calif...

I also noticed that Pamela's Products were based not too far from there. I
did not call them as I did not have time, but have had wonderful
experiences in the past with them( they donated some gf chocolate cake mix
for my wedding cake last year!)..
