Yes:  The G707 is a dual bander
Yes:  Techs have privileges on all freqs above 50MHZ
Yes:  The G707 is accessible as long as you program it with the computer

No:  The g707 will not cross band repeat
No:  The G707 does not have dual watch (can't listen to both 440 & 2 meters 
simultaneously)

No: the TMV708 is not blind friendly because you cannot program it with a 
computer (this info PER KENWOOD

It is my humble opinion that Kenwood radios are usually much more blind 
friendly then ICON!
