As this is a very busy time for many, you may have not had the time to
wade through all the Wall Street Journals that sometimes pile up.

In the Wednesday  December 28, Personal Journal Section  of the WSJ on
the front page D1 there was a good article on "The Major Changes Set
For Food Labels".  The article is continued on Page D6. Gluten is
written in BOLD type in the middle column on D6 which coves some of the
issues.

If you go to google  news and do a search on gluten and labels you will
see that many news papers seem to be covering it.  We are getting
noticed.
