Hi,
I have built a few machines and learned the first and most important part  in 
the computer is the power supply. To me the second is the MOBO. 
I think you should go for the power supply first, at least 550 watts or  
more. Check the prices at Tigerdirect.com, Zipzoomfly.com and on Sundays COMPUSA  
has sales.
