A simple answer:

do consume more fat. Fat is cheap. Pork fat is okey. Fat is un excellent 
fuel , easy converted to energy.And fat makes yoy slim !  Just a liitle 
fruits are needed.
. All just carbohydrates, not so good. This time of the year very difficult 
to resist to eat lot of fruits unfortunately.
