nutritional database can see just how much fat is around the edge or
marbled in your particular steak and yet that would make a considerable
difference in that number.

I don't believe it's material.  I use www.nutritiondata.com for all my
nutrition data.  If anyone wants to audit my calculations, about how
many calories do you get for Day 6?

7 pieces nitrite free bacon
3 fried eggs
Tablespoon bacon grease
Can of tuna (standard 6 oz)
Tablespoon of mayo
9 pork rinds (single serving)
2 fish oil capsules
2 tablespoons almond oil
1/2 chicken breast, bones removed
2 oz guacamole
