Mexican rice flour & got this information for us:

>chemist answered that it is the only product made there.  I suggested they 
>make it finer as we, people who cannot eat wheat, etc. use it in baked 
>goods.  She will pass on the report and also that it would help us and 
>others if they could include in the labeling that it is gf, corn free, soy 
>free at least.  So please go ahead and sent the info to our list
