For those that have missed the ready-made cream soups used in so many 
recipes... I recently purchased Health Valley Cream of Chicken and Cream of 
Celery soups. The label indicates it is a new product. The ingredients 
appeared to be gluten-free at "first read," so I spoke with a company 
representative to verify. I was told they will disclose all ingredients and 
their sources on their labels, of not only the major allergens, but all gluten 
sources - including wheat, rye, barley, oats, and corn. Based on this 
information, I believe these two soups are GF!
