That's funny.

It also seems to suggest that, at least in the short term, getting good  
exercise is more important than what diet you're on.  A similar conclusion  
is suggested by a study I read about the health of the Amish -- their diet  
is heavy in things that this list would cringe at (sugar, flour, etc), yet  
their health is very good.  The study postulates that their high levels of  
physical activity are at least one of the reasons why.
