Dear Listmates,
Two brief items:
1. The August Good Housekeeping (Dr. Office reading material in my case) has
an article about Celica Disease. It breaks no new ground, but it does
generate necessary awareness. It is a pretty compelling article.
2. A number of people have sent me emails saying that they cannot open the
web address I provided for my writeup on the GF bread experiment. What looks
good on the outbound email gets translated strangely when it gets to the
ICORS list server. Here again is the web address:
<backspace the web address in your browser leaving only http:// and then add
this next portion> home.comcast.net/~vhdolcourt/bread_experiment/ .
Make sure there are no spaces between the first and second portions. Also,
there is no WWW. If you are lucky, the site will open. If it doesn't, please
let me know.
I also want to thank everyone who sent me atta-boy messages and their own
personal recommendations regarding the bread experiment. Clearly, there is
more than one way to make good, gluten-free bread.
