The impedance is wrong as is the voltage output.  Also, many current sound cards
have some voltage across the microphone and the Hiel does not.  There's also the
issue of matching the wiring to the computer and switching between the computer
and radio.  Sounds like an rf nightmare to me, especially when you can get a
computer mic for $10 or $15 but it might be worth doing just for the fun of it.
