Hi list:
The source, which used to be Radio shack, now owned by circuit city, has =
just recently released a digital multi-meter with english voice read =
out.
It is an auto ranging, 9 function meter with all the typical multi-meter =
functions....the price is right too at $39.99.
I called one of the local stores and they have 2 of them in stock, so it =
doesn't look like its a really rare item that you will have to order =
in....it is also availible from the sources web site.

I would be interested to see if it stacks up at all against the omega =
unit...less the thermal functions.
Even if it isn't that close, i think a difference of 240 bucks is worth =
it even if you have to sacrifice some amount of accessibility.
I can't seem to find the manual online through the sources web site.
