I am nearly finished with a basic cooking class at A La Carte cooking
school in Lynbrook, NY. They have been extraordinarily attentive to
my needs as a celiac. I am in a general class and am the only one
with celiac but the instructor makes sure that there are always
several dishes that are gluten free.

If there is sufficient demand, they are willing to do a completely
gluten-free class. You may reach them at 516-599-2922 or at http://
www.alacartecs.com.

I have no interest, financial or otherwise in the school. I am just a
very satisfied customer, still tasting the creme brulee from today's
lesson.

Peter
