I did, too and did reply to it.  But actually, I don't like them as they are a
waste of money, IMHO.  As long as you have your operating system fully
updated and all updates installed, have a good spam blocking program along
with your email, and your ISP has a good spam-blociking service, you should
be OK.  I very rarely get spam nowadays.
