Chip,

LGB makes a talking SWR meter which many are quite pleased with.  I don't have
this, as I still have the RF Applications P2000CW meter, but it is no longer
manufactured.

Gary Jackson said they were going to come out with a talking model, but it
hasn't happened in the last year and with LGB now offering one, I suspect that
is where you'll need to get one.  Check the larger ham dealers such as AES or
HRO and they should be able to hook you up with one.
