i made a donation of cash and benjamin took in some
supplies he bought. i am right proud of him, he took
the inititive to do that on his own.
our church is the lead calvery chapel church for the
southeast, so right after the storm hit the pastor at
costa mesa called and ask my pastor if our church
would co-ordinate the effort of all the 1000 calvery
chapels in the U.S. to hurricane relief. our teams
have reported back that now, most of the big places
were getting supplies, but smaller towns were still
short. our teams are moving to smaller towns. we have
another truck load of supplies from out local church
leaving again tonight to go to LA. our teams are
trying to help repair houses that can be saved. we
have professional builders who volunteered to go down
and direct the teams.
every bit of help is appreciated i think.
