This also "frosts me" ken... I have been reading articles how LA politicos
consistently treat the poor and black populations with little regard to
safety.  I think I just forwarded an item here..  This kind of blatant
disregard makes me so angry.  They all knew a disaster was coming... and
now they blame fema which isn't so great, but the mayors and locals all
knew it was coming and did precious little. argh!
