It depends on the voice quality.  In order to use any voice program, the
person must be able to make the same sounds over and over again in order to
train the computer to "write" for them.  There are other systems out there.
A teen I know uses his chin (he uses head switches for his powered
mobility), some people their toes.  There are also various head switches,
scanners, Liberators, dynavoxes, sip and puff systems, etc.
