I usually put a good lot of olive oil in the fry pan and cook my fatty
meat in that. I pour all the fat left after cooking back onto the meat
and eat it. Seems to work, a mix of fats and protein. Often this is
what I will eat for several days at a time, along with some fruit and
veggies.
