Ya, I think it's a firewall issue honestly,I'd be willing to bet money on
it.  Good luck, if you can't figure it out I do have a file form linksys if
it's a linksys router that helped me , it's a text file if you follow the
instructions you'll be all set. there is some to learn if you want to do the
advanced features of a router, I'll admit that, but luckily the average user
won't have to play with that much.
