Fact is, the TH-F6A, can be very complicated, you don't want to use advanced
features, don't. That's all there is to it,  My old FT-51R I still have I do
that, there's more features to that radio then I can even remember but I
just use it as a basic duel bander. It's not that accessible so I have to
program it with the PC, but when Id o use it, I don't bother with the
advanced features and the same with the TH-F6A, I don't worry about
information channels and stuff very often though that is a very easy radio
to  learn. I say go for it.
