Next time your coworker mouths off, tell him you have a little experiment for
him.  Put the jerk (stronger word intended) in your chair, tape his shoulder
down in some way that will make him move a little slower, and make him do your
job for a day.

Oh yeah .... and put some duct tape over his mouth.  ;-)
