Thank you all so much for your excellent, informative responses about GF and soy free supplements. It is so helpful to know all of the different alternatives there are. Please read your responses, and glean from the information received. Your kindness is so greatly appreciated!! You are great!!
sincerely,
donna

2 =  www.kirkmanlabs.com website. They've everything
hypoallergic which is GFCFSF etc.....

 1 = TwinLab makes high quality supplements & they always label them to reveal any
potential allergens

1 = NatureMade products list their ingredients very clearly on the label and
say which ones are gluten free, etc. This brand is sold at Costco and
Walgreen's. I am not sure on whether these are soy free.

1 = Vitamin Shoppe's B Complex, Perque sublingual B-12, Perque Boneguard (calcium and magnesium), Schiff Calcium Liquigels, Perque Lifeguard (multivitamin pill), or Natural Vitality Organic Life Vitamins (liquid multivitamin) to name a few ... all prescribed by my doctor as allergen free. Another line of supplements called Freeda is gluten free

1 = GNC's Women's Ultra Mega

1 = HSN.com

1 = the following Solgar products with no trouble for almost five years now: Formula VM - 75 Multiple Vitamins with Chelated Minerals (one taken daily); Potassium dietary supplement (one daily) and Biotin (300mcg) one daily also.--The two Country Life products I use daily are: Calcium-Magnesium Complex 1,000 mg - 500 mg (2 tablets a day) and Time Release Buffered Vitamin C 500 mg (it also has 100 mg of bioflavonoids??).

 2 = Perque products from a chiropractor's office
