According to some researchers who specialize in fatty acids, there
seems to be some benefit in Omega-3 supplementation for people who
previously have gone long periods consuming a diet that was unbalanced
in favor of Omega-6.

There is also strong evidence that Omega-3 supplementation can help
with any inflammatory conditions, which are usually the same ones that
are caused by years of consuming non-paleo foods.
