Hi Lynn, first of all it seems to me you have eaten for too little in
quantity. Forget about calories please, chuck that book out of the window!
Second, take it easy on the fruit, it's the carbs that do it to you. If
you're not used to having big breakfasts slowly try if you are able to
eat in the morning what you would have for dinner too.
Third, eat more fat. They will make you feel fuller, make vitamins
getting absorbed in your body, and will help you losr weight.
It sounds contradictive to everything you've ever heard, but after the
cold turkey you will feel different. I had awful withdrawal symptoms and
was physically ill from them. After that cleared up I noticed a change
in almost everything.
On some days I eat no meat, on others maybe up to 1 kg. I lost about 25
kg that way and it stayed off. When I fell off the wagon it crept back
up and my health deteriorated. Now I'm back on the right track.
