The latest GIG Magazine arrived this week and with a menu from a restaurant called "Carrabba's" which I had never heard of but discovered there are three in our Raleigh, Durham area of North Carolina and in many other places in the East. There is a Web Site to check out where they are located. Today I went to Carrabba's Italian Grill and enjoyed a delightful lunch and the people were very helpful. Thank you to GIG for making this possible.

Another new item I have enjoyed is "Mary's Gone Crackers." I ordered the crackers through her Web site which is www.marysgonecrackers.com
The order arrived promptly and was followed by a phone call to make sure that I received the order.
I have no financial interest in either of these, just wanted to pass on a good thing.

Now for a question. If you are following a lactose free diet, is goat milk permissable?
Thank you. Nancy
