I just got the LG VX4500.  I had to have help setting it up and training my
voice because there was no obvious menu options that automatically spoke,
however with that said it does give you the option to speak the various
menu options and is fairly responsive.  You have to be careful if there is
a lot of background noise to make sure it recognizes what command you are
saying.  .  I paid $150 with a $50 rebate so I am happy with the cost.  I
think if they were truly attempting to make it accessible for people who
can not see they would have made the keypad with buttons rather then the
flat numbers and a few other things but for what is out there I like it.
