Hi Eva,

Thanks for letting me know about the research that Staffan Lindeberg has
been doing with pigs.

I’ve been looking at more of his work on the Net. I notice that he sides
with Cordain in recommending lean meat.

I always feel at my best and lose the most weight when I eat Paleo with as
much meat fat as it takes to satisfy me; and that can be quite a lot <g>

As I’m just learning about this very rewarding way of eating, I wonder if
anyone could enlighten me as to the history of the lean meat/fat plus meat
divide in the Paleo community.
