I hear you loud and clear. I travel to brazil now and then as that's where
my wife is from and the beef from southern brazil and argentina is the
best I've ever tasted. Oh how I wish I could LIVE on that too...

I went to a brazilian "churrascaria" in Atlanta that uses american beef
and I was very underwhelmed by the flavor and texture.
