Last night I was listening to a talk show on the radio, Dr. Ronald Hoffman, and was so excited to hear that it was going to be on CD.
There was a culinary nutritionist on, Stefanie Sacks, who will be holding a seminar at Whole Foods in the Time Warner Bldg. in NYC - July 27
6-9.  The first hour will be a discussion period and the last two will be cooking different grains in their kitchen. If you are interested in going please call to verify the date. It sounds great! No fee was mentioned.
