Hi,

I have not used OUtlook 2003.  But from my experience with Outlook, both
Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, the worst problem for those of us
using JAWS, particularly if we are totally blind, is adjusting the view so
the folders are listed in one side of the window, and messages listed in
descwending order, in the other side of the window.  Once the view is
adjusted, then it should be easier to navigate.
