I suppose it might, if they were airborne and had just landed before
picking. What about the imbalanced nutrients, non-organic fertilizers
and pesticides in the soil? What about things that got sprayed on the
veggies while they were developing? What about the dearth of valuable
minerals and the great flavor they impart? I think you're spinning your
wheels here. A simple water rinse would do as much. You should consider
the real differences between stuff you would wash and the organically
raised things. A bit of the right stuff is better than all you can eat
of junk.
