Hi Anna;

I make myself a salad in my food processor (almost looks like a cole slaw)
with some of the following ingredients: cabbage, broccoli, kale, collards,
carrots, onions, lettuce, red pepper, parsley. Then I blend up a vinagrette
which usually includes mostly of: walnuts, almonds, pine nuts, garlic,
ginger, x-virgin olive oil, a little vinegar, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime
juice, fresh orange juice, orange peel shavings and a pinch of sea salt. I
eat a bowl of this every day (at lunch mostly), often twice daily seasoned
with the dressing. Except for the vinegar (which can be an option since
there is lemon juice) this is a completely whole-food meal.

Marilyn
